1. How do I care for my items?
We recommend that all of our items be washed inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle with like items.  Items should be hung or laid flat to dry to extend the life of your items.  Icing leggings, capris and shorts can be hung upside down to maintain a fluffier ruffle.
To extend the color life of items you may want to consider a vinegar soak before the first wash.  Instruction on how to do a vinegar soak can be found on the Heinz website: http://www.heinzvinegar.com/tips/laundry-room

 

2. What is a pre-order?
A pre-order item is one we do not have in hand and ready to ship.  We offer you the chance to order exactly what you want at a lower price, but you will have to wait for it to be made for you and then shipped to us.  No chance of sell outs.  All pre-orders have a specific close date.  Once the order is closed, bld will place the order with our supplier and once complete the order will ship to us.  Pre-order timing can vary, and an ETA will be listed with the products.  We can have the items in as little as 2-3 weeks, but can take up to 6 or more weeks.  Our standard is 4-6 weeks.  Please do not order from a pre-order if you need your item by a specific date.  Shipping and production times can vary and get delayed for multiple reasons, bld is not responsible for items not arriving by the ETA date, though we do try our best many variables are out of our control.

 

3. When will my items ship?
We strive to have all orders shipped with in 24-48 hours. There may be times when this is not possible, so our official policy is within 10 business days.  If for some reason we are behind after receiving a large order or on vacation there will be a post made to inform our customers in our BradyLynn Designs Facebook group.  You are welcome to email us about current ship times at bradylynndesigns@gmail.com

 

4. Can I pick up my order?
You are welcome to pick up your items in Plano, TX.  Please select local pick up at check out and email us at bradylynndesigns@gmail.com  to set up a time to pick up.

6.  What is your return/exchange policy?
At this time we are not able to accept returns.  Exchanges are only available if you receive an item that is defective, or if the item is not the size you ordered.  Please contact us with in 3 days of receiving your order at bradylynndesigns@gmail.com.  Your email should contain your order number and a detailed description/picture of what the problem is. We will send you a return label to ship the item back to us. The item must be sent back within 3 days of receiving the return label and must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
